G-Sync on causes mouse to "move at 60hz" while ingame

Super annoying bug I finally realized I've been having. Basically, my main monitor is 240hz and my side monitor is 60hz. While I'm in a game, G-Sync working makes my game feel super smooth, but my mouse looks super laggy because for whatever reason, its moving at 60hz. If I unplug my side monitor its perfectly fine.
Is there no way to fix this? I feel like I've tried everything and buying a 240hz side monitor isn't necessarily something I really want to do right now.
