how to identify the slow pixel blur and presistance blur like 60hz lcd or 60hz oled.

is there high refresh rate display but slow pixel blur monitor?

2.i play 60hz with 60fps performance ps5 game on 120hz tv plus 60hz bfi,and I feel that the remote control of controller not response quickly

3.if a 240hz projector have hdmi2.1 input port, does it mean it support quick frame transport if input 60hz signal ?

There isn't usually a large difference between them, as LCD is compliant at 60Hz.
This means that the difference between them (presence of "pixel blur" on LCD) gets slightly more difficult to assess.

If by "slow pixel blur", you mean G2G RT's causing elongated trailing behind UFO & similar objects (pixel transition interval is longer than refresh interval), then the Dell AW2524H / Dell AW2524HF is an example of that.
Or the new 540→1000Hz IPS LCD.

BFI is usually a completely redundant feature on OLEDs, as the "effective refresh rate" they target is not anywhere near CRT levels and/or the speeds required for the game in question.

Not necessarily. It should be without QFT, most of the time.

Can i ask
How does bfi have benefit of 2d side scrolling game
Any game would be good example?

If i output 1080p 60hz and 4k 60hz to tv for bfi
Which resolution can make game controller have better
Responsible?

I'll dissect this 1-by-1:

It benefits side scrollers in the same way it benefits other fast-paced games, hiding sample&hold motion blur (due to lower FPS/Hz than game speed requires) behind a black frame (BFI on OLED) or behind backlight pulses (BLStrobing on LCD)
Namely, all you're doing is trading these effects:

Of course, BFI (OLED) is much worse in terms of the clarity it targets, the brightness it targets compared to good BLStrobing (LCD), but it's still better than 60Hz
See: https://blurbusters.com/faq/advanced-st ... stalk-faq/ for more information on the image above

You can somewhat eyeball what refresh rate / strobe interval you'd need for your particular game by:
1.) Going to https://testufo.com/ghosting
2.) Select different speeds (960,1440,1920,2880,3840)
3.) Eye-ball which speed of UFO is around the same as your in-game character or objects in-game

For FPS games, I generally fall +2000px/s with ease, which makes BFI not viable for my use-case.
I don't know how your specific 2D side scroller would fare, as no one has tested in regards to this.

Generally, highest resolution is best for sharpness.
I don't know what platform (PC/console) you're playing on and what you're trying to do to give you something more concrete.

can i ask
my pc can't constantly output 1080p 120fps all the time to 1080p 120hz tv for 120hz bfi
the fps will dip down to 119,118,120fps 118 ,116
how do i fix that
my pc 5600x cpu and 3060ti gpu
