Problem wih MSTAR Isp upgrader after flashing one XL2411Z

I have bought the MSTAR upgrader and successfully upgraded one XL2411Z.
However after the upgrade the MSTAR tool seems to stopped working.
When i connect the usb and monitor the red and yellow leds are always on and after pressing the connect button on the isp utility i get an error saying : Can't find the device type
And i have tried with different monitors and from different PCs both with win xp and win7

Any help will be appreciated
