Open regedit, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Ole
In this registry key I've noticed leaving EnableDCOM set to N (disabling DCOM) and LegacyImpersonationLevel as is, deleting the MachineAccessRestriction, MachineLaunchRestriction and DefaultLaunchPermission DWORDs, after a reboot I notice mouse movement is pretty much in sync with my hand, there is no random deviation like before, unrelated to mouse acceleration.
Make a backup of the registry key or set a system restore point if you want to restore previous mouse behavior, I'm not going back to how the mouse felt before, it's not an input lag fix, it's something that helps making the mouse control more accurate to your hand movements, as opposed to SmoothMouseCurve, Enhance pointer precision and this thing.
I've also tested this on Windows 10 Pro 22H2, I have no idea how or even if this works on Windows 11 or other versions.

This doesn't work for me, it's gotten worse. I checked and unchecked the box. The registry won't solve your problem.
