Weird mouse input lag related to realtek LAN Drivers

First of all, this is my configuration:
Gigabyte Gaming X V2 rev 1.3
RTX 5060
R7 5700X
8gbx2 HyperX 3600Mhz cl17 ( currently at 3000Mhz cl15 i will explain later why )

So guys, every version of realtek LAN drivers make my mouse in game and spray either shit, or somehow extremly fast.
for exemple :

-The Mobo driver from gigabyte website makes my sens looks like it doubled
-other versions from 2020-2025 makes my game stutter
-the 2017 versions is good enough, but spraying is hard, and adjusting the mice feels like im ice skating with it .

also, changing the ram DOCP profil from 3600MHZ CL17, to 3000MHZ cl15 makes the mouse input more reactive...
im thinking that the issue is coming from my 15M cable coming from the second apartement ( the router is there...), i do think 15M is too much, and the cable isnt build with the best materiels.


and its in everygame, valorant, CS...etc

also, i did buy a PciE network card (tp-link tg-3468), installed her driver, but its also shit ...
