So I found this DisableOverlays regedit to disable MPO but my monitors flicker permanently like trying to alt tab permanent unless I disable fullscreen optimization ticked on but only that app only like CS2 for example.
Is there a way to disable fullscreen globally? I tried the regedit too but is not working.
Yes, my two monitors flicker permanently when I am on fullscreen like F11 on browser or fullscreen watching a VLC player.
