Return of panel-based BFI in LG OLED monitor demo

Ask about motion blur reduction in gaming monitors. Includes ULMB (Ultra Low Motion Blur), NVIDIA LightBoost, ASUS ELMB, BenQ/Zowie DyAc, ToastyX, black frame insertion (BFI), and now framerate-based motion blur reduction (framegen / LSS / etc).

Timestamped to the relevant section. Demo station set to 50% duty cycle, but is adjustable to some degree. Some manufacturers already working on implementation.

Does panel based BFI automatically mean, that the duty cycle is adjustable in any fps:Hz ratio or only integer ratios (like 1 content frame and 8 black frames for 60 fps on 540 Hz panel)?
