special A.I.S. shielding for floaty mouse feeling?

Has anyone tried A.I.S. displayport shielding? I wanted to know if anyone has tried different displayport cables for fixing their input delay issues. I know there was a forum on fibre optic cable. Let me know if anyone has tried it. I plan on buying this to test:

A solution for issues involving "floating" mouse movement, input lag, or an image that looks like it's running at 30Hz.
Ideally, you need to find the root cause. But when you can't—perhaps due to a lack of resources—it is sometimes easier, cheaper, or even free to simply try out various ideas.

It's a waste of money, don't buy it, but you're on the right track anyway EMI/RFI is causing the floaty mouse movement, and the rest is probably DPC latency.
