Possible breakthrough in solving input lag on Zen 5 processors with iGPU

Post by Terrykk » 26 Jul 2026, 21:34

Didn’t really know how to name this thread but somebody posted this on r/AMDHelp earlier today claiming they have found a fix to, allegedly,: “heavy, sticky, generally unreliable input / game being smooth when not moving but stuttery when moving camera despite every possible benchmark, stress test, fps measurement being healthy”

I’m posting it here because although it surprisingly didn’t get downvoted to oblivion like it is common for these kind of topics on Reddit, it also lacks any sort of user feedback on whether it works or not. I’m unfortunately on vacation and can’t test this myself, but I’m dying to know your opinions should you decide to try it.

Here’s the post: https://www.reddit.com/r/AMDHelp/s/Yivi57L88a

That doesn't do anything, I've tried it.
