i want to know if for some people this problem appears after a certain event like moving or after receiving a new pc or consoles ? maybe im wrong but i have the impression that some people have starting to have those problems after certain event


because me personally all thoses issues appears after i receive my ps5 in 2020

For me personally, the problem happened when I moved in 2012. Back then I wasn't really a gamer but I could tell my mouse feels odd compared to my old house but I didn't really care much. My new house has very old wiring and doesn't even have breakers

I didn’t have this problem for my consoles in my old apartment. I got a ps5 in November of 2022, and it worked fine up until I moved in my new apartment in may 2023. The strange thing is my apex started to have this problem a little before I moved but all my other games still worked fine. Then I moved 3 weeks later it spread to all my games. Idk if it’s related but just throwing it out there.

I probably had it earlier but it wasn’t that obvious I think. In 2025 my aim slowed down in real time while i was playing with clan mates and I was shocked, wtf happened suddenly I can’t play XD. Then I started digging about input lag(heavy aim) because „wtf just happened” and I discovered emi rfi electrical input lag kind of stuff. I exactly remember how DualShock 1000 hz controller was responsive, I even overclocked dualsense to 8000 hz and it was too fast, when I started to have this weird input lag 8000hz while shooting was heavy and not responsive lmfao xdd

I never really had good hitreg, but FPS games always felt very responsive because I played at 120Hz/144Hz and could feel that the games were naturally running at those refresh rates.

After accumulating many hours over the years, I started noticing that the FPS games I played would feel strange at night, specifically during peak hours, around 21:00–23:00. The games felt sluggish. This would change from late at night to the afternoon.

At one point, my computer was extremely precise for about two weeks. Aiming and killing enemies felt incredibly easy. Then it gradually got worse until it felt like I was playing at 60 FPS despite having 500–700 FPS, with instant deaths and terrible hitreg.

After the sluggish feeling became permanent, nothing really changed anymore. A few good years have passed since then, and even recently moving to a new house in a different city didn't change anything.

At my old house, one event that happened was that the utility pole on my street caught fire, leaving the entire street without power for a few hours. Honestly, I don't even know if it makes any sense to connect that event to this.

At the new house I'm living in now, I built a new PC. I replaced the monitor, CPU, motherboard, RAM, and PSU.

But honestly, nothing changed with this "new computer" either.
