Best V-sync/VRR/Anti-lag Setup?

I am running a 9070xt with a LG C4. I did some research and landed on choosing between these three settings:

1. VRR on + V-sync on + Anti-Lag
2. VRR on + V-sync off + Radeon Chill
3. VRR on + V-sync off + FRTC (Framerate Target Control) + Anti-Lag

Which of these is theoretically best for lowest input latency? Or if any other combination is better please let me know.

P.S. To anyone experiencing stuttering when enabling VRR + V-sync at the same time, enable MPO if you have it disabled. This fixed everything for me.

According to the graph, though in-game fps limiter seems to provide lowest input latency, seems that 1% lows are greater than using radeon chill, so for consistency/smooth framepacing would radeon chill be the best option? Or is it so minimal that it won't matter?

It highly depends on the game.
I suggest you stick with the in-game limiter or rely on Special-K (if it's a game without kernel-level anticheat)
