Did you reinstall Windows and decide to keep all the default settings? And does your system boot up perfectly?

Will there be a sequel, or are you just spamming the forum?

Yeah so pretty much I started PC gaming just before input lag and stuttering became common. So i had like 1 year of really good performance where i hit immortal 3 in Valorant. At the time my network wasnt even the most optimized too.
That was years ago, and since then it's been pretty much impossible to get the same performance. I believe it was around the time when they introduced windows 11, where even windows 10 started to feel like shit.
Now that I see what they've done, they've essentially gotten rid of TRUE full screen and made it so that you get the same performance in windowed or borderless windowed. BUT the caviat is that you need to have game bar on because it detects when you're playing a game, and then makes it perform optimally.
Turning off game bar was an old optimization from the Pre windows 11 days, when we had true full screen. I always turned it off on a new windows install, but now I realized that it's actually needed and games lag/stutter WAY MORE with it off.

Game bar is needed only for specific processors. Dual CCD X3D processers for example NEED it to manage which cores to use for game stability. It may be needed for intel processors that have E-cores and P-cores. If you don't have one of the processors that require gamebar enabled. Then gamebar is not needed and should be disabled.

From what I can tell, all you need is "Game Mode" being enabled. The game bar can be used to enable it for games not detected by Windows. Once enabled (the "remember this is a game" checkbox,) you can actually disable game bar again. Game Mode will engage just fine without it, including thread scheduling for large CPUs.

"remember this is a game" checkbox
Does have an add gameXYZ.exe under system>display>graphics
and set gpu preference to high performance and maybe set optimization for windowed games On, same result?
Basically is it the same thing?

If a game shows up in the Windows Game Mode Graphics menu - where you can set windows optimizations, HAGS, Graphics Preferences. Does that mean it has been detected correctly?

I always had to add games manually there.
