Unlike most you actually proved that you have high input latency. First thing is you need to get rid of Activate windows watermark because some overlays increase latency and this one is known to do so. Second thing, this might be surprising but most modern non-e-sport games on high graphical settings have high input lag for most people especially on 4k resolution, try to get 300+ fps for good latency.

ive just reinstalled windows after trying another linux distro for 10th time. i didnt even bother with activiting windows because it didnt make a diff when it was activated

i get 400 fps in cs2 at lowest settings and its absolutly horrible 😭

Then i bet you won't be able to record anything close to this in terms of amount of input lag in cs2. On 60fps recording it will look like zero lag - mouse movement and monitor reaction in the same frame.

yes its not as obvious as arma but its still unplayable

ill try to record somethint at 240 fps and show u
