Hi, i have the same problem, it all started back in november 2020, from nowhere, the game started to be not as smooth as it should be, i thought it was me, i was cold. I started Minecraft the next day, but the same feeling appeared, i could win 50/50 situations, i could not even do 180 or easy clutchs. I thought first it was a driver issue, or something related to my network. However, nothing changed, i had the same computer, a asus vivobook pro 17, and i was on ADSL but for me when i was playing, it was already smooth, even on 60hz. If i could chose between a 360hz monitor but having this "lag" or not having this "lag" with a 60hz monitor, i would definitely chose the second option. It is something frustrating, you start to think it is your, drivers, then your wifi... I played on different computers, and never felt the old good feeling again. Soon, i'll play on LAN, i hope it will get better, because if not, i don't know what i'll do... Sry for my bad english.

Why do you think this is not electronics just because the UPS doesn't help? That is a mistake.

I said electricity not electronics. double conversion ups provides pure clean electricity yet It doesn't fix the issue so

Having both my pc and monitor connected to ups felt bad, however it felt good with only the monitor to it. The input lag and desync also goes away when I use the ups battery, so I'm buying a power bank

Supraharmonics bypass the online ups because the ups still uses your houses ground, unless you unplug from wall and use battery. You have to try a powerbank
