Hi everyone i need the best settings for csgo:
144 or 120hz?

Contrast-
Low Blue Light-
Blur Reduction-I play without cuz i need 1ms input lag
Color Temperature-
AMA-
Instant Mode-

If you play without blur reduction, use 144Hz. Try FPS2 setting.

You don't and can NOT have 1ms input lag.
You already have 1 ms input lag on your mouse and that's under best case scenario.

There is a difference between RESPONSE TIME and INPUT LAG. You're probably mixing the two.

The monitor has an average response time of 4.5ms.

Average input lag is 10 ms.

So no you won't have 1 ms input lag on ANY screen that isn't a CRT. Sorry.
So go ahead and enable the blur reduction. You are not going to tell a difference between 10ms and 15ms from the monitor, ESPECIALLY with vsync off. I suspect the above numbers are with vsync on, but not sure. I do know that 144hz+blur reduction+vsync off feels like I'm using my brain to move around instead of my mouse. It's that fast.

As a caveat, these are measurements made at 60Hz.
For lag at 120Hz, approximately halve the middle/bottom values for instant mode.

Also, the strobed numbers are incorrect, since it was measured using double-strobe at 60Hz, which is inaccurate. Discard the second set of numbers.

Was actually wondering why the monitor seemed to feel more responsive than those numbers showed. Thanks chief.

But yeah, enable the blur reduction. Really no reason to not have it on, except for the lower brightness possibly stopping the colors from being sharp enough. I find 1ms persistence to be easy on the eyes while still being bright enough to be pleasant (1ms with blur reduction on is close to 20% brightness with BBR off).

That's what I use, but I had to make an ICC profile to use an even "darker" gamma than Gamma 5.

You know that you cant 'ask' for the best settings for CS:Go because everyone is going to have different preferences.
There's actually a CS:Go profile on benq's site (it replaces FPS2 with a custom preset) but frankly, if you're playing that game to shoot people and win, you may want FPS1 preset (not standard), black eq=20,colors 100/98/96 or 100/100/92 and blur reduction on.
This way you can see people in dark areas and sometimes see things through smoke.

If you are using 1920x1080 native res, VT tweaks are fine (But can't use VT tweaks at 144hz)

If you are NOT playing at 1920x1080 (native resolution) then you can try not using 144hz refresh rate, to unlock the "display mode" aspect tweaks (display mode settings don't work at 144hz, and are buggy/incorrect with VT tweaks):

Use 120hz, DISABLE Vertical total tweaks for 120hz and then use the monitor "display mode" aspect ratios to either get black bars to left and right (aspect setting in the OSD) or centered and scaled to a different monitor size, like 4 :3, 5:4, 16:10, etc:
(these settings don't work correctly when using Vertical total tweaks).
