The BenQ XL2411Z and green colored screen tearing over 60Hz.

I just got the monitor today, and I've been browsing the site as well as BenQ's for a solution (and ample time Googling the hell out of this problem), and I can't find a solution to it.
When I set the monitor to anything over 60Hz (using the power cable and DVI cable provided by the manufacturer, and any resolution), I get some pretty damn awful screen tearing, and the worse part is that it's
green. It's extremely irritating because I just got the monitor and I can't find anything about this problem anywhere, at all. =/
Any ideas, suggestions, or help with this? I'm also considering returning it and asking for another one. The idea of getting a different brand all together crossed my mind as well.
Below is an imgur link to a picture I took. The tearing is horizontal and is a stronger green on darker colors, and pink on lighter colors.

If switching DVI cables doesn't help, RMA the monitor.

I was moments away from resorting to that last night when my PC locked up. I was upset and angry at the new build, so I went to bed. Woke up, monitor is fine now. It's odd.
Now I just need to figure out why my R9 290x isn't performing as it should and I'll be happy again.
I'll keep checking on this thread, because I don't know what fixed it, or if it's just waiting to doom me all over again. @_@

Hi, I also got the exact same screen today and have the same problem. At 120hz or 144hz I start getting green screen tearing and a lot of green pixels appear on the screen. However running it at 100Hz is perfectly fine and i get no tearing at all. It's really hard for me to tell what's the problem as I have the Asus 7970 DCII Gpu and people have reported similar issues with it when on higher frequencies but I can tell my issue is not too low GPU clocks as the tearing appears in gaming too. I'll report back if I will be able to solve the problem and I will be following this thread for any potential fix.
E: My tearing doesn't appear to be nearly as bad as yours. On my monitor there are mainly just a lot of flickering pixels and some minor tearing every now and then.

I run a triple monitor setup.
I think running the monitor by itself and setting it to 144Hz, playing on it, then connecting the other monitors did something? Perhaps with my drivers?
I'd recommend working with your drivers as I know CCC can be picky at times, or using another cable (dual link DVI or HDMI). It seems to resolve a lot of other people's issues.
The 7970 is a great rendering card, so it can't be the speed. lol

Yeah, I also have 3 monitors. I'll try to unplug the others and see if I can find another cable. I might also try it with another GPU to see if it's a cable/monitor issue. But for now 100Hz should be sufficient as I can't really tell the difference between it and 144Hz. I'll probably try fixing it tomorrow if my issue doesn't magically get solved overnight as your did
E:Hmm, it might be a driver issue for me, deleted all AMD drivers and yet Afterburner + Gpu-Z recognize that there is some old catalyst 14.4 present. Also installing newer drivers completely fcked up everything and Gpu clocks went to 300/150 and I couldn't change them. Right now just gotta find a way to get rid of the remainings of that old catalyst driver...

VERY important.

Use "Display driver uninstaller" iN *SAFE MODE*
You may need to run it twice for good measure.
Not running it in safe mode prevents it from removing all old drivers.
You can run the AMD uninstaller first, though.
