Eizo Foris FG2421 vs Benq XL2430T

Hi,
I've been trying to find information regarding these two monitors, but cannot seem to find enough to decide which is the best choice.
So I'll ask you guys and hopefully you'll be able to shed some light on this.
I will be doing gaming on it, but also normal office tasks for university. Possibly some programming. (I may choose to buy a second display later, an IPS for the productivity tasks).
But for the moment, it would be the primary and single monitor, and I would rather keep it that way as my desk space is small enough as it is.
I also have sensitive eyes so please take that into consideration.
Let's assume that this is the only monitor, which one would you recommend?
Benq XL2430T vs Eizo Foris FG2421
144 hz vs (240) Hz?
TN (assuming proper calibration) vs VA?
Flickering between these two?
Low bluelight (Benq)?
Admittedly I have done more research on the Benq and have already ordered one, but saw today that the Eizo is on offer. Which would make the Eizo around 60 usd (or 500sek) cheaper.
Thank you in advance.
