Samsung931BW overclockabale?Any way to decrease montionblur?

Hey!
I have got Samsung 931BW it's pretty old monitor but still works, that's why I use it. Is that monitor overclockable? Or maybe there's another way to decrease montion blur? I connected my monitor in that way:
GTX660 - HDMI - DVI adapter - Samsung 931
My graphics card: GTX660 latest drivers
My OS: Win8.1 64bit
