G2400W and HPS2031

I've got a quick question... currently I have a G2400W and a HPS2031 with above native resolutions but both show fuzzy/blurry images and text. I'm wondering if it's possible to eliminate or reduce these effects. Similar issues occur when the displays are lowered below the native resolution.
Current setup:
G2400W - 2560x1600@60Hz

HPS2031 - 2560x1440@60Hz

Edit:edit
Ok, so I'm a total noob to this scene. I've not been on top of computers for quite a while and just discovered downsampling is more prevalent and easier than it has been in the past. The issue I'm having is clearly DPI scaling, so my apologize for poaching the board. One of those tweaks I totally forgot about, but I'm sure glad I can increase res 3x the native size without a headache. Yeah, to all who said it was impossible to do...
, told ya so. I'm new to this board, so I doubt anyone here was in disbelief but then again. Though, it'd be nice to find a program that had the ability to customize DPI scaling over windows junk and force DPI unaware apps.
