Questions regarding monitors. Can you help?

Hi,
I am about to buy a new monitor and graphic card(s).
However, I can not decide which setup would be best. I use the computer for a lot of FPS gaming, especially BF4.
The two options:
1. Buy ROG Swift and one GTX 970.
or
2. Buy BenQ XL2430T (HD, Tn, 144 Hz, 1 ms, no Gsync/freesync, but of course BenQ blur reduction) and two GTX 970 for SLI.
BenQ XL2430T is half price of ROG Swift where I live.
In case of option #1 it seems judging from reviews that I would not be able to reach anything near 80-100 FPS with one GTX 970 in BF4 on ultra settings with ROG Swift (and lowering quality settings, apart from anti aliasing just seems a waste if one has invested in a high resolution screen).
But with option #2 it seems be likely that I can reach 120+ FPS in most games.
Since I have read that G sync works best at above 80 FPS (?), option #1 may not be the best. Also, the ULMB supposedly only works at high FPS, that can not be reached with one GTX 970 on ROG Swift. Hence, neither G sync or ULMB should be working optimally with just one GTX 970.
Obviously, I could do SLI on ROG Swift, but I dont have the money. And even with SLI GTX 970 it seems that 100+ FPS in BF4 may be difficult with ultra settings.
Which option would you choose and why? Any comments?
Many thanks,
Mikkel
