240Hz is a lie, it's just 120hz with lightboost. The BenQ also has this feature.
Edit: fix

Your Alienware is good. No need to upgrade.

The Ezio is 120Hz. The 240Hz is a lie. The BenQ is 144Hz and is known for having a low response time. Get the BenQ if you want low response time and slighter higher hz.

FYI the refresh rate on the Eizo FG2421 is indeed 240 Hz.
The maximum input-rate is only 120 fps though.
The Eizo alternates each frame it displays with a fully black frame it displays.
So it does display 240 frames per second. But half of those frames will be black frames.
This alternating of black and real frames is done to minimize motion-blur.
I was interested in the Eizo FG2421. I'd love to have a 120Hz VA-screen.
However, the monitor is only 23.5". And it doesn't have G-Sync.
There is another interesting monitor coming soon. Hopefully within a few weeks or months.
Acer Predator Z35.
35 inch, curved monitor.
VA-panel.
Only 2560x1080 resolution.
G-Sync. 144Hz.
Not sure if it'll have ULMB.
I tried the Acer XB270HU. But I play a lot of dark games, with low ambient lighting. The IPS-glow (or/and backlight bleeding) was too bad for me. I'm sure the XB270HU is a great monitor for many people. But not for me. I hope the Acer Z35 will have nice blacklevels and contrast.
