Is there a way to have blur reduction on when im in game and off when im on my desktop without having to go to the menu everytime?

Impossible, unless you can find a way to do it with display pilot somehow.
You can have it launch profiles on the monitor for specific games. Most likely you can have it activate a gamer preset (like FPS or a custom downloaded one) then revert to standard after.

That's probably the only way. But I don't use display pilot.
