I went from an XL2420TE to an XB240HA and haven't found the need to calibrate it. The colors are already much better than the BenQ. Still not as good as my old Asus VE258Q, though. That panel has the best color I've ever seen from a computer monitor (i've never seen IPS panels by the way)
