should I put black equalizer on brightess or just turn it off and put the brightness on csgo down to 1.6
whats better?
my csgo atm is already on 1.6 and its super bright already withtout bllack equalizer

Try it yourself. Asking us won't do anything. It's your monitor. Use what looks and works best for you.
Black equalizer adjusts the gamma of dark shades while barely touching or leaving white shades alone. Low black equalizer will make blacks look blacker but will cause intense black crush (loss of detail of dark/grey scenes by having everything look the same). Black equalizer 20 washes out black scenes making objects stand out easier in dark areas (like people hiding in shadows). Standard mode is most similar to black equalizer 12 in FPS mode. The FPS modes have color/contrast crush at normal contrast levels (like 40-50).

I really like the look of gamma 1.6 in-game(pc monitor in settings) and black equalizer on 15. This combination seems to really make it easy to distinguish enemies in the shadows(bedroom on inferno) for me. More b.e. doesn' t help and less starts "hiding" them.
