Hello,

I've purchased a BenQ XL2430T a few days ago and today I have noticed some very strange eye shaped stains which I cannot remove.

The stains are only visible from certain angle and mostly visible on black background.

Could be backlight clouding or something like a backlight uniformity issue. Usually this is detected mostly on *grey* backgrounds.
Your problems seems excessive and far worse than that. I would RMA and replace that monitor.

Can you take a better picture, say further back full view, and 2 side angles? I have the same monitor.. It could be the backlight issue w/ humidity which I just now sent mine in today for RMA

I've sent the screen for repair / replacement, but the technician just contacted me to inform me he can't reproduce the issue... What issue did u have exactly ?

Make VERY SURE YOU TELL THE TECHNICIAN TO LET THE MONITOR WARM UP FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
