Help for set G-sync

Hi to all, i have Vg248qe with the kit installed, i can't uderstand how to set the g-sync.
My spec:

i7 6700
gtx 1070 fe
windows 10 annyversary update installed

Can someone please explain to me what i need to put in setting in nvidia controll pannel?

In advanced settings in the nvidia control panel under the display tree there is "Set up G-SYNC"
If you don't have that option try updating your drivers.
