Alienware aw2518hf CS:GO Settings

Can someone give me the best setting for cs:go for this monitor "Alienware aw2518hf" Thank You!
A few things...
1) There is no freesync option on my console settings and I don't know if that's because my monitor doesn't support it over HDMI or not. I would think that it would be greyed out or something if it wasn't supported, but it's not even listed there at all. I'm in the delta category of insider club.
2) I haven't had a chance to dive into pvp yet but at the moment 60hz on this doesn't feel any slower than 60hz on the benq in terms of input lag.
3) There's some game settings on here that I don't really know or understand so I'm not sure what they should be set to for best performance
4) This monitor is definitely a million times brighter lol
Should dynamic contrast be on or off? And does it effect input lag?
