Dell Alienware AW2518HF blur

Recently i bought AW2518HF free-sync monitor. So i switched from 60 herz to 240 and i have never seen how 60+ hz monitors suppose to look like. UFOtest is very clear but in games when you do fast turn it becomes even more blurry than my old monitor. Looks something like that: Image Image Is it normal? By the way i have nvidia card via hdmi.
