Resetting to Factory XL 2546

Hi i used the Strobe Utility program recently but it somehow looks worse now.
So i wanted to reset it to factory. I went to the factory and service menu and checked the settings with that of my brothers monitor they were the same.
But somehow it doenst look right i got a blurry ghosty image while moving.
Are there any settings saved somewhere in an .ini File or something? Will a clean new Windows Installation help?
