Which of these settings has the lowest lag in Overwatch?

In Overwatch, this computer can push almost constant 300 fps, but it'll average to about 275 fps during intense team fights.

The Acer Nitro XF252Q 240hz 0.3ms monitor has Freesync, and it seems to work well with adaptive sync/G-Sync.

With that said, which of these settings would give me the least amount of input lag?

1.) G-Sync on / V-Sync on (in NVIDIA Control Panel) / Cap In-Game FPS to 237.

2.) G-Sync on / V-Sync off (in NVIDIAControl Panel) / Cap In-Game FPS to 237.

3.) G-Sync on / V-Sync on (in NVIDIA Control Panel) / Cap In-Game FPS to 300.

4.) G-Sync on / V-Sync off (in NVIDIA Control Panel) / Cap In-Game FPS to 300.

5.) G-Sync on / V-Sync on (in NVIDIA Control Panel) / Cap In-Game FPS to 275 (Average FPS during intense team fights)

6.) G-Sync on / V-Sync off (in NVIDIA Control Panel) / Cap In-Game FPS to 275 (Average FPS during intense team fights)

7.) G-Sync off / V-Sync off / Max out in-game fps to 300 fps.

The reason why I ask if I should turn off Vertical Sync in NVIDIA Control Panel because I don't notice any tearing with it on or off, so I figured keeping it off would mean less input lag. Please correct me if I'm wrong on this, and let me know which one of these settings is the best.

7.

If GPU-limited, then an in-game FPS cap will reduce lag further.
