Black lines on OMEN 25x f

Hi,
I just got my third HP omen 25x, the first had dead pixels and the second had issues with a too wobbly screen. Now I got a third, and was wondering if these horizontal lines are normal when the screen is turned on but there is no input signal;

Man I really hope QC issues aren't common with these monitors. I ordered the gsync version (Omen X 25) and it arrives in a day or two. Has taken over a month and cost me hundreds of dollars to get it here, if there's any QC issues I'm stuck with them.

I think it is a panel issue. My Acer XN253QX has this too. I can see it when looking from above while screen is black.
Doesn't bother me as it isn't visible during normal gameplay. At least there's not a dead pixel.
Maybe try to set backlight to maximum brightness for a few days.

I got a XF252Q with exactly those same bars. This is probably a AUO panel problem. Not all of the ones I used had it though.

Update on my XN253QX (same panel like XF252QX but has G-Sync):
I realised that this "bars" are visible on any uniform background, 50% grey (try EIZO monitortest website) is even worse than black.
Long story short I sent it back to amazon.de after 3 1/2 weeks because it started to annoy me. Got a new one today.
Overall good picture quality,
no bars visible and black uniformity is acceptable for TN.
