Can someone help me understand these AW2518H results?

Hi i currently have this 240hz monitor by Dell (Alienware AW2518H). I always feel like I have a bit of input lag when using it compared to my old Asus VG248QE.

I came across this website when looking for information about input lag regarding this monitor and it states that the "total" input lag for this monitor is about 10 m/s.

I was wondering if this is accurate if anyone has done any testing or can confirm. I also saw on the same site that the XG258Q has 4m/s of total input lag. Is this monitor that much better than the alienware one?

i personally doubt the numbers put there.
