hi, I have a question about my monitor which is a gsync compatible one

What would be the best gsync vsync settings in nvidia control panel? Is it the same than for a classic gsync one :
Vsync on in NVCP and off in game?

also what about low latency ? Should i use it?

I'd say try the settings that are recommended for native g-sync.
