OH you are so nice! Thank a lot! I Don t understand what people like you are subscribed in forums.. . If I ask a question is why I need to talk with people that use this monitor and can explain me how they feel. So, if you never try it, please Don t answer. Thanks.

Re: Alienware IPS 240Hz 25"
It takes a few days for someone to respond to these types of questions, since we're all focussed on our projects, or on more interesting questions -- so need to be patient --
That monitor is so new (Dell 240Hz 1ms IPS) that few end users have tried it yet. So it's quite possible we might not have many replies on this monitor for some time since between 2009 and 2000 there are now over 1,000 variants of "Better Than 60Hz" displays released from last count -- some mega popular, and some few-unit.
And factories sometimes have not yet ramped up big-time, especially with Chinese New Year immediately followed by Coronavirus -- some factories have only manufactured less than 1/10th the planned monitor shipments. So we just have to hang tight until a few months after release to have a significant user audience of certain bottlenecked monitor models (if it is one of them). Even the XG270 (Blur Busters Approved) is undergoing unfortunate manufacturing bottlenecks.
Nontheless, the monitor has hit some user hands, including a user on reddit, though this Alienware weirdly does not have a motion blur reduction mode like one available in VG259QM or XG270.

from what i hear, the 25" IPS(AW21) is the same as the older 27" ips version(AW20)
just higher ppi
just higher ppi

I'm curious where you have got this information from? Not saying it's wrong, but I can only find one 25.5inch 240hz 1080p IPS listed under AUO on both tft and panellook and that had a mass production date of July 2019. You mentioned in another thread that it is using a 1st gen 240hz IPS but like I said I can only find the one model number for that specification.RLCScontender wrote: ↑03 Apr 2020, 11:12from what i hear, the 25" IPS(AW21) is the same as the older 27" ips version(AW20)

Edit: I was able to find a second panel meeting that specification but the only difference seems to be that one is borderless and there is only a few months between manufacture date.
