some questions about input lag - cs go

Hi, I want the least delay, I play cs go. I have asus xg258q and msi geforce 1080gtx +
1) choose GPU scaling or monitor?
2)I have chosen resolution 1920x1080 240hz but it is not native, should I remove in CRU TV resoultion that my resolution was native ??
3)should I add a resolution of 1280x960 240hz in CRU because I play in cs go?
4)set in nvidia settings, ultra for delay?

4) set in nvidia settings low latence mode for ultra? or he?
5) I get a very blurred text when scrolling. Why?
