XL2546 not smooth @ 240Hz (Video)

Hello, I've noticed that my screen quality and performance drastically deteriorated. I have XL2546 and 240Hz doesn't make a good impression like at the beginning so I recorded short gameplay on 144Hz 1080p because it is exhibits the problem much better.

Some details and add. info:
- DyAc on,
- AMA Premium,
- Monitor connected by DP,
- Nvidia settings on default + latest drivers are installed,
- Variable bios settings didn't change anything,
- OS format didn't help,
- Mouse at 1000Hz,
- PC case is grounded,
- no startup commands for cs:go
Even my old gaming laptop has smoother screen at 60Hz and 120 fps so I am little bit worried what can be a problem because it looks like loss of significant amount of frames and it's (or can be) affecting my hitreg and smoothness of spray. Any ideas?

Whats the video supposed to show? If something was wrong with your monitor you'd have to record with a camera. OBS isnt gonna show whats wrong

144 Hz looks like 60 Hz

Do you have a 2nd monitor connected that's 60Hz? A TV or a laptop screen? Turn all of those off.
Different-Hz multi-screen can interfere with each other.

I have only 1 monitor. Here's frame skipping test results @ 240Hz.

Thanks for doing the test.
I can say that is definitely abnormal -- tearing during frameskipping test.
Are you able to do a full factory reset on the GPU drivers? Basically uninstall the NVIDIA drivers and reinstall with factory-fresh settings. When done, keep VSYNC ON in the Windows Desktop, but configure the game directly with VSYNC OFF (and keep NVIDIA Control Panel to select "Use Application Setting").
I'm pretty certain it's computer-side issue rather than XL2546-side because the XL2546 isn't known to do this kind of stuff on monitor-side. I've seen this kind of fault happen way more often due to driver side sisues, and/or settings conflict between game and NVIDIA Control Panel. Often there are many tweaks that can be done and sometimes a tweak goes awry (messes up) and oneself doesn't know what tweak messed up. So sometimes it's best to start afresh with a complete NVIDIA driver uninstallation and reinstall with completely default settings. Get rid of all the old NVIDIA Control Panel settings and start afresh.

So I managed to remove tearing in frameskipping by completely removing Nvidia drivers with DDU and then installing them again. Thank you for good advice. However I can still see that something is not in order or maybe my eyes are too sensitive and I am expecting too much from my 240 Hz monitor.

Here you can see, that all edges in CS:GO are "vibrating" like a string while moving mouse. Can I consider this as normal behavior? The same is happening with mouse cursor on desktop and all windows that I'm moving around - they "vibrate". Could it be mouse issue? I am planning to check voltage on my USB ports soon but I don't have big expectations.

-- Try turning DyAc on/off
DyAc can be useful for motion blur reduction but can also amplify visibility of microstutters if they're not under control
-- Try changing frame rate cap (240fps cap vs 300fps cap vs 500fps cap)
This may change microstutter harmonics
-- Try testing higher mouse DPI (1600dpi instead of 400dpi), especially if you like DyAc
This may smooth mouseturns noticeably under DyAc - as long as it's a good mouse sensor, clean mouse feet, and high-resolution mousepad

None of it helped, actually DyAc off made it even worse and escalated microstutters and screen tearing, which is interesting. Still best performance I can get only with unlimited fps. I remember when I connected my XL2546 first time and it was amazingly responsive and silk smooth. Now every move is so sluggish, having some kind of input lag but I suspect that problem is much deeper and most probably caused by hardware or EMI but this may sound paranoid.

Turning DyAc OFF made things worse? Interesting.
Based on that clue, is it possible you're simply seeing things more clearly after having been using a 240Hz monitor for some time? Basically, being trained to see high-Hz flaws more clearly than you were at the beginning?
Are you sure it's not network issues? Same stutters happens in offline bot mode?
