On what do I put overdrive?

Hello,

I got the ASUS TUF VG259QM and was messing around with the settings then found ELMB Sync and turned it on but it made my game look darker which I dont like.

Then I turned it off but noticed the Overdrive changed but I dont know what it orginally was, when its on 100 it all looks bad so my question is; on what should I put my Overdrive from 0/100?

OD 40 for 180fps or lower OD 80 for 200+ FPS. Depends on how much fps you are getting while gaming. Try OD 60 also for lower frames.
