DisplayPort & DVI Adapters that support 144Hz

There are the 3 small 144Hz screens that I've been considering:
C-Force CF016xT 15.6" w/ TouchScreen: https://www.amazon.com/C-FORCE-Portable ... B07ZRGV74C
G-Story GST156: https://en.g-story.com.cn/137.html
Sibolan 15.6": https://www.amazon.com/Portable-Monitor ... 07S2GBM1X/

My main question is about inputs for all of these screens; they have only miniHDMI & USB-C and I've read that if you try to attach them to the DisplayPort or DVI port on your grpahics card via an adapter (DisplayPort male to HDMI female for example), that they will lose their 144Hz refresh rate.

Is anyone aware of adapters or cables that support the full refresh rate?

For example, here is what Plugable (adapter manufacturer) had to say about the matter:
Thanks for reaching out to us, I am sorry, we do not recommend our DisplayPort adapters for use with 144Hz 1080P displays.

While the adapters are technically capable of 144Hz, interference introduced by joining cables adapters will often cause reduced refresh rate, or possibly display blanking or blinking at high refresh rates.

For the mini-HDMI display, a Plugable DispalyPort to HDMI adapter with a HDMI to mini HDMI cable **may** be capable of supporting the Display at 144Hz, however we do not recommend this setup do to the above interference issues as well as the low or poor quality of many HDMI to mini HDMI cables or adapters which are not HDMI 2.0 Certified and may not be capable of 1080P 144Hz on their own, regardless of the DisplayPort to HDMI graphics adapter.

For the USB-C input, this will require a direct USB-C to USB-C cable connection to a graphics card or laptop with USB-C DisplayPort Alternate Mode capability. USB-C DisplayPort Alternate Mode is a USB-C connection with DisplayPort data transmitted instead of the USB 3.0 data. There are some DisplayPort to USB-C adapters on the market, but they are quite rare and I am not certain they would be capable of 1080P at 144Hz output.

I am sorry, I cannot guarantee that our DisplayPort to HDMI graphics adapters will be compatible with the mini HDMI display at 1080P 144Hz.

And here's what I read from an Amazon reviewer here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0814Q6LRF/?th=1:
I was able to verify that this display worked over both its mini HDMI and USB C (DP) ports. However, in order to get a DisplayPort signal to it, you'll need a device that natively supports DP over USB C or Thunderbolt 3. I was unable to find a bidirectional DisplayPort to USB C cable that allowed this to work. However, I found a PCIe card by SUNIX IT (model #: UPD2018) that takes a DP input and creates a DP over USB C output, and this enabled me to use a DisplayPort output on my GPU and have it drive the monitor (and enabled GSync). I've also read that a Thunderbolt 3 card will allow this functionality even if the motherboard doesn't have a TB header though I cannot confirm for sure. If your GPU has a USB C output (e.g. 2080/2080 Ti/etc), this ought to work as well, but I cannot verify this because I don't own either of these cards. I do have a laptop that has a Thunderbolt 3 port, and the display was recognized immediately.

Monoprice has DP 1.2 to HDMI adapters that will work in theory, but you won't know until you try.
