Lost 100 fps in COD MW when I had stable 200+ fps (with same settings and everything)

Hi,
Im playing at 1080Ti
Im trying to find solution for that. I even reinstalled the Nvidia driver, but still nothing.
206 FPS(normal, like always):

And now after "bug" or something:146 FPS:

I made the topic on activision and seems Im not only alone and the problem might be not only for 10 series but only for 20 series, dunno for 3080, probably the rtx 3080 users doesnt have this problem and they simply want us to buy new GPU...

Any thoughts? i can't play... I feel like I am on 144hz but im not. Im on 240hz.
I checked every option I could.
The game runs at max performance ofc.
