I have Dell S2421HGF with FreeSync Premium

I have question.

FreeSync Premium works only at 120hz or if monitor at 75 or 100hz FreeSync Premium works like base FreeSync or not working at all?

I am tested under Win7 and Win10 using Radeon Software driver. On 100 and 75Hz. FreeSync Premium works good below 120Hz. Then i turn off Freesync through driver i have jerky picture in games. Then i turn on Freesync through driver i have smooth picture in games.
