Once and for all, Advise for monitor choice

Hi,
Okay, PHEW.. I've been browsing this forums and RTINGS and all sorts of reviewers and EVEN my friends houses to know one thing.
A good monitor to replace both of my BenQ XL2430T 144Hz 1080p and ASUS PG279Q 165Hz 1440p monitors, because I'm starting to feel dizzy and headaches when I run 144Hz or 165Hz, 165 helps it a little but I can definitely see motion blur when I run above 200-300fps lol
A little background though, I was an Unreal Tournament GOTY veteran player, been playing this game for 7 years using both CRT and LCD in the times of my childhood, so I'm a Fast-pace FPS player.
Nowadays I play COD and Valorant and CS GO.. I've got Global on CS GO using my BenQ 144Hz monitor a few years ago..
I have an RTX 3090 capable of running both 1080p and 1440p respectively, and Im getting OVER 200fps or even 500fps at some selective games..
2 of my good friends have a VG259QM 280Hz monitor, and I absolutely loved recommending it to them and they've been enjoying this monitor.. They are not as competitive as I am though..
I did play on them, and I loved them a lot.
Though I'm worried, in my country at the moment I can buy the PG259QN from ASUS, the 360Hz and I'm afraid it'll be a "downgrade" from the VG259QM.
I had my eyes on the BenQ XL2546K with the DyaC+ feature, and I'm like... THO the input lag in RTINGS says it's a bit higher, and YES.. I can notice these little things, but I never played with the XL2546K and I'm so scared buying it and then returning it cuz I can't return it because Israel doesn't like it when you open packages and then "return them", I dunno.. stupid policies.
Either way, the VG259QM looks really good, but the 40ms input lag at 60Hz worries me.. even though Im gonna be running 280Hz all the time IF I decide to buy it..
but what about the MSI MAG251RX ? is it better than the VG259QM? (I dont really care about 60Hz so I wont ever use 60Hz, I got my PG279Q) or...??
And yes, yes... 1440p down to 1080p makes a difference in sharpness, but uhh... I tried the BenQ and I have the ASUS, lol I can't really notice the difference.. MAYBE if I look out afar but I kinda am a speed freak so sharpness is so so for me, even though the VG259QM was considerably very clear for me with OD 120 and Vividpixel on 50-75 soooo 1440p is not that important for me?
So uhh, yeah.. I've seen everything so far and the big question you might ask, what is important to me? Fast, performance, less motion blur and motion clarity.. I want to be able to see targets and if I move my mouse fast I barely wanna see blur.
My memory is jagged, so I dont remember how it was on the VG259QM 280Hz regarding motion clarity.. it FEELS amazing tho, way better than 165hz or 144hz...
Help? xD
