What's the scannout time of 240Hz? 280Hz, and 360Hz?
Generic scanout time of a high-hz monitor is always 1/Hz

Above diagram is for 60Hz.

Screens typically refresh from top-to-bottom, as in High Speed Videos of LCD Refreshing

So thus, at the higher refresh rates, it is commonly:
240Hz = scanout time in 1/240sec from first pixel row to last pixel row
280Hz = scanout time in 1/280sec from first pixel row to last pixel row
360Hz = scanout time in 1/360sec from first pixel row to last pixel row
