Help choosing monitor

So I have a problem choosing between ROG SWIFT PG259QN and zowie xl2546. I actually ordered asus yesterday (750e) but started to wonder if I'm better of with zowie (500e). Googled and tried to find answers last night but couldn't.

I play mainly valorant and csgo. When I hit easily over 360fps in csgo, in valorant I get about 300-400 but sometimes drops to under 300 even close to 200 when alot is happening and atm I play more valo than CS. Planning to oc my 9700k tho to get a bit more fps but still I wonder if 360hz monitor is wasted there and zowie would be actually faster and better.

Couple things that bother my mind:

Which monitor is actually faster and better when it comes to competitive gaming, I understood that tn panel is faster than ips but everywhere I look they say asus is fastest monitor atm, does that mean only hz or is it faster all around as in input lag and response time? Does it loose in speed to zowie if you can't keep up 360fps consistent or do I still get the benefits of having 360hz monitor? Most pros use zowie anyway so is it really better or they just don't bother to upgrade?

Do I have a problem with 1khz mouse polling rate on 360hz monitor?

I can't get the k version of zowie so would it be stupid to buy older model for that price over the asus.

Ps. I have 1440p 165hz monitor now and was wondering if upping to only 240hz is too small upgrade.
