I found out what’s causing my EMI interference Dirty electricity

I have the same symptoms and issues as other who posted on EMI/power issues, input lag, degrading monitor and other. I’ve tried various changes to my hardware and software but nothing changed.
I use the Xbox Series X, I’ve always had inconsistent issues with it but it was the worst when it was around 9pm-2:30am. However, I found out why 3 days ago by coincidence. I was playing RED DEAD 2 everything is normal issues are there and I got used to it so nothing new, so I played for a while then booooom colors got so vibrant input lag and ghosting were gone instantly, it felts like a switch was hit it was extremely noticeable no one could miss it. So I thought in an instant what changed! How did this happen?
First thing I did is checked the time and it was 6:00 sharp. I saw this yesterday and today too same thing.I went out my room and checked the surroundings of my house seeing if there’s anything that changed.
I have two thoughts because two things changed exactly at that time, first which is hard to solve, the street light goes off automatically @6 am which would be logical because of the consistency with the time and the switch effect, however lights can have a timer switch or a light sensor to activate or deactivate, I can easily check that tmw.
The second theory would be the only other explanation I have, when I incpected outside my room I saw our house maid working in the living room 10 min after the switch, and I remember buying her a phone because her old Chinese phone had an issue with the battery. I figured she’s not using the old phone but might be using the old charger which is being turned off around 6 when here alarm goes off.
Please tell me what you think, I have this issue and it’s been driving me crazy now I’ll try to just buy a new charger for our maid. Don’t really now what to do about the street lights if it was the source
