Hello I can’t decide what monitor to get, I’ve read lots of reviews and trying to get more insight, Odysseus g 7 27 inch va panel or the Alienware 1440p with the g sync processor.I could wait for the asus but it’s going to be a 1000$ over g7 674$ or alienwear$800. I mainly will be playing new world

Have you considered the LG 27GP850 or 27GP83B-B? Really great monitors. I prefer the 27GP83B-B personally, but both are solid. There's also the XG27AQM which is similar to the PG279QM, but it has 270hz and no native g sync.

Interesting I’ll look into them, I mainly want someone for new world but I’m going to be doing a lot of sniping and aiming with muskets so I kinda want a FPS style monitor with good image and good speed. Super low input lag is crucial, I just can’t decide what to do. 1440p would also look amazing while wondering the world but I want to be able to perform top tier with crucial aiming

There are so many details in the open world shooting that I think g sync might be mandatory, what do you think

IMO you should get a 160-180hz 1440p monitor. 240hz is hard to drive on 1440p unless you are playing like Overwatch. Most monitors have some sort of freesync so if you really want that it shouldn't be an issue.

What do you mean by hard to drive?

You need a really good system to push 240hz on 1440p
