im new here, im Deniz from Germany and my English ist Bad, sorry about that first

I have a question because i have no experiance with that, i have a new Monitor, it the ASUS VG279QM.
I have FPS between 100 to 200.
I have set the Hz to 280 with G-Sync ON.

My question is, what Overdrive mode i need to use for good Response Time and Low Ghosting/Blur ?
