Hello, I have some problem when it comes to alt tab and rocket league. As you can see on this picture the gpu usage sits at around 95% on unlimited fps in game when the game is freshly opened.
However the second i alt tab from the game and back into it the gpu seems to get maxed for no reason and keeps sitting on 99% usage until the game is restarted.
As we all surely know nowdays a gpu which is getting maxed out is awful for input lag. Does anyone know what could be causing gpu usage to increase after alt tab? can it possibly be the windows compositor being activated regardless? both of these pictures are with game being open in fullscreen.

Likely GPU app profile detection, it should eventually return to the normal speeds after alt-tabbing back sometimes it could stay for 1 minute, sometimes 10 seconds.
