firstly if u want to not be under just speculating and actually want to know if ur alleviation solutions are doing anything other than placebo u will need to by some testing tools these tools are relatively cheap some are even very easy to use ,

picoscop oscope www.picotech.com/oscilloscope/2000/picoscope-2000-specifications
ammeter clamps www.grainger.com/product/20E890
ammeter probes www.picotech.com/accessories/bnc-current-probes/600-a-current-probe-bnc

these are the testing devices you will need
none of these will confirm bit error rate increases but they will confirm the presence of interference

mitigation techniques certain areas within ur home might have lower fields u will find that out with the gq emf tool
some interference maybe strictly inducted/conducted in which case ferrites/toroids will help alleviate the issue

do not buy the snakeoil that is audiophile marketed devices they are low cost devices that do basically nothing

The oscope measures harmonic distortion and if u have ammeter probes u can find out if its current harmonic distortion or voltage harmonic distortion tldr not useless

everyone who has a mobo that can do this has tried this not only that but lots of people have had their motherboards bricked because someone in here recommended to flash a custom bios

No actually they haven't tried these because most of these aren't accessible through stock bios unless you use scewin & or custom bios & flashing a custom bios is fine if you know what you're doing.

You have the option of solving this problem by contacting an electrical laboratory and if they find a high level of harmonic distortion, then the electricity supplier is obligated to correct this. For example, I am from Russla and we have 11 power quality parameters and they are observed by a standard called "GOST" translated as state standard.
  • 11 power quality parameters from the Russlan standard:

steady-state voltage deviation;
voltage variation range;
flicker dose;
voltage curve sinusoidal distortion coefficient;
coefficient of the nth harmonic component of voltage; this problem causes input lag
coefficient of voltage asymmetry in reverse sequence;
coefficient of unbalance of voltages in the zero sequence;
frequency deviation;
voltage dip duration;
impulse voltage;
temporary overvoltage coefficient.

Im not denying anything you said but why is issue present on ups battery without ups plugged to ac.
