Recently I switched to the z690.
And immediately noticed some oddities compared to the z390. I will omit those moments that it is impossible to change FCLK and Spread Spectrum in the bios now, but there are really terrible moments that do not allow using this platform.
I have always used the standard windows timer ((useplaformtick no/useplatformclock no) /deletevalue)
with a resolution of 0.5 (0.46).
On this platform, I noticed that the timer varies on reboot, it can be 0.5 and 0.497, ok, but these are just numbers. My mouse started behaving as if I had useplatformtick yes enabled.
This happens when applications are completely turned off, and when discord and Spotify start, for example.
I also used a separate pci-e 2.0 controller for my mouse, but now it feels terrible.
And I, the same thing I observe if I insert my mouse into the usb 2.0 port on my motherboard + disable all other ports in the bios, naturally I do the binding of the controller to a separate core with HT disabled
Who has encountered?

Board: Asus z690-p with lastest bios, ME and controller FW
CPU: i3-12100f (I'll put it on soon 12700kf maybe it will help)
USB: PCIE USB2.0 MCS9990

these looks okay to me… i am now on amd x570 and i have these graphs way more ugly than you…. maybe you looking for somethig that can be reached..

Yes it should, It's one of many bios settings that are useful. I'm well read on every bios setting there is & I can tell you there's so many settings in different chipsets & different from company to company.

Yes it should, It's one of many bios settings that are useful. I'm well read on every bios setting there is & I can tell you there's so many settings in different chipsets & different from company to company.

(device fullspeed and port fullspeed)

what about legacy usb support and xhci-hand off?
for me on z390 in disable both for normal mouse control
