Mouse polling rate(frequency) won't go over 1000hz on Razer Viper 8KHz

Polling rate works fine below 1000hz, but if I use 2000hz it's actually capped to 250hz(1000hz for 8000hz), any testing programm shows same result. Reinstalling Razer drivers didn't help. What can cause this?

What is your system details? CPU, mobo, Windows version, etc...
Are you using Windows 7 or Windows 11?

Some operating systems refuse to let specific motherboard USB ports go to 8Khz.

There are workarounds; the installation of a supported PCIe USB card, or switching motherboards, or switching operating system versions.

this is d only solution 4 that problem.

i frequently had issues with that..

my solution was using pooling rate checker in browser(google)
if its stuck on lower pooling rate ,just unplug-replug.

funny thing is..its always divided by 8..
so,with this bug on 1k=125,2k=250,4k=500 and 8k=1k.

also worth mentioning is type of usb its plugged in..
4example:

3.0=very unlikely 2 happen
3.1= most likely..

also sometimes using intPolicy 2 change mask and setting new arangment among cores
can trriger this behavior.

Sugestion 2 Chief is 2 contact Fiend and try 2 resolve this issue,
+ obtaining some info about dedicated core and is it implemented so far?
if not ,why?
if yes,how can that be utilised in gaming world,and on which core is implemented?
so we can force everything regarding mouse on that core or cores.
